Wedding Chaperone - New for 2025
Are you dreaming of having your four-legged family member at your wedding? Look no further!
Since 2022, I’ve proudly operated Wavy Tails as a 5-star licensed, home-from-home daycare and boarding service. Now, starting with the 2025 wedding season, I’m thrilled to introduce a personalised dog chaperone service! This new offering ensures your beloved pup can be part of your special day, while you relax and enjoy every moment without a worry.
When my partner and I got married, we were heartbroken that we couldn’t include our own dogs, simply because we couldn’t find a service like this. That experience inspired me to create something meaningful for others. After years of planning, 2025 felt like the perfect time to bring this vision to life.
Wavy Tails is fully licensed by the local council, insured, DBS checked, Canine First Aid trained, and backed by a clean driving license giving you peace of mind that your furry friend will be in safe, loving hands.
I have various packages to pick from which include a number of different options.
I offer a free consultation over Zoom or Teams first, which will be where we can both fire away any questions. I will ask a few questions on the venue, date, questions on your furry family member. From here, a quote will be sent over. If you are happy, we can arrange a free meet and greet* if everything goes well, a booking form will be filled in and a 50% deposit will be payable to secure your dates.
*Free meet and greet only within the HD1 - HD9 post codes. Any further, will incur fuel charges.

* Fuel included for all HD postcodes. Any other, will incur a 50p per mile. If the location for pictures is separate from the venue, 50p per mile will also be added for the extra travelling
Extras
Overnight Stay
From £45
As I offer home from home boarding, if you are staying over at your wedding venue and need somewhere for your dog to stay, then take advantage of our home from home boarding. Your dog will be brought back home with me where they will get lots of cuddles on the sofa.
They will need to be collected between 11am and 12 noon on the following day.
Additional Dog
From £50
If you have more than one furry member and wish for them to attend your wedding, for an additional charge, they can come too!
Extra Meet & Greet
From £30
If your dog is shy or nervous of new people then we can arrange to meet with your dog before the wedding. (per 30 min session)
Additional Time
From £20
If your wedding photos were to run over the expected package time or we are required to do additional travelling due to separation of wedding venues then additional costs may be included Per hour.

Honeymoon Package

If you are going on your honeymoon straight from your wedding, then take advantage of the honeymoon package. Your dog will stay with me for the week where walks will be included along with meeting new friends who come here for daycare. Be assured, your dog will be having as much fun as you. Prices are varied pending the length of stay - ask for more info
